Responsibilities of Operations Associate Consultant:

  • Lead intro & evaluation calls with candidates to assess their technical/non-technical fit against client company requirements.
  • Research client roles upfront so you can lead, engage, and answer questions and guide candidates authoritatively through the process.
  • Collect comprehensive candidate insights covering structured rubric points to ensure candidates meet client interview standards.
  • Own candidate communication from end to end, managing feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers.
  • Leverage modern recruiting and operational software (Airtable, Slack, CRM tools) to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high quality standards.
  • Step up into a POD Lead role—guiding a sub-team of 2–3 associates, driving daily operational targets, coaching team members, and helping scale your POD to maintain high screening standards
