TELUS Digital Career 2026 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the content safety of short video products, ensuring their legal compliance.
  • Coordinating with supervising departments to timely deal with contents violating our community and regulations, and to update operation standards.
  • Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
  • Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform.

TELUS Digital Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

  • Both Undergrads & New graduates are welcome.
  • No experience is required.
  • Being able to start working immediately is a strong plus.
  • Able to work night, overnight shifts, and rotational shifts
