Responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Handle customer queries through chat by following established service procedures and resolving complex issues through detailed analysis and research.

  • Assist team members by sharing process knowledge, supporting daily operations, and helping onboard or mentor new employees when required.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
