Responsibilities of a Trainee:

  • Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinating with service providers for appointment and service letters.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. 
  • Maintaining and updating employee master data in internal systems.
  • Managing attendance and time records for third-party associates.
  • Collecting attendance information and sharing salary inputs with service providers.
  • Check the salary register, invoice & coordinate for salary release with admin / F&A & service providers, extensions of contract and coordinate for full & final settlements – all locations
  • Document the training records for the training initiated including attendance, feedback forms & assessments.
  • Assisting with other HR operations as required.

  • Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (BBA Hons)
