Responsibilities of a Services Associate:

  • Coordinate with global and member-firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content across Deloitte audit platforms.
  • Maintain content quality, completeness, and consistency across publishing workflows.
  • Perform XML-based publishing activities and localized content updates.
  • Follow established content management and publishing procedures.
  • Support testing activities for new content solutions.
  • Work with leadership, content, technology, and business support teams to deliver assigned activities.
  • Maintain project trackers and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions and requests.
  • Support project planning and coordination activities.
  • Prepare and maintain knowledge-transfer and training documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.
  • Assist with training sessions for new hires and analysts when required.

Deloitte Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech/ MBA
  • Minimum 60% or 6.5 GPA and above
  • No active backlogs
  • 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management

Preferred skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a content management or knowledge management environment
  • Experience working with Extensible Markup Language (XML) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML)
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) experience is a plus
  • Experience preparing training documentation or knowledge materials
  • Experience facilitating training or knowledge transfer sessions
  • Experience working with virtual or cross-border teams
