What a Service Analyst at Cvent actually does:

• Independently manage event projects for dedicated enterprise clients.
• Understand client requirements and implement the information provided by clients.
• Recommend suitable solutions and best practices based on client needs.
• Work closely with Project Managers and other team members in a project management environment.
• Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Creative, Technology, and Crowd Compass to complete project requirements.
• Create client deliverables such as event registration websites and onsite event setups.
• Track the time spent on projects and accurately record it in the relevant SF repository system.
• Manage large-scale and complex event projects.
• Develop customized reports based on individual client requirements.
• Travel onsite when requested by the client or project requirements.
• Follow established processes and quality standards while delivering projects.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout project execution.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
• Build positive client relationships that contribute to successful project delivery and potential client renewals.
• Manage multiple projects, responsibilities, and competing priorities within deadlines.
• Identify project challenges and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.

Cvent Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Must have knowledge about project management (scope, risk, and time management).
• Prior role should have exposure to working with clients in a 1:1 environment
• Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying industry-specific business knowledge
• Should possess exceptional client servicing skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HTML will be an added advantage
• Proficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoption
• Prior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistant, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) to support operational efficiency and productivity
• Good to have: Foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily tasks.
