Job Description:
Broadridge Financial Solutions hiring freshers for Process Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain High-Level Quality standards as per client requirements.
- Daily processing of Shareholders’ meetings for 120+ markets.
- Complete daily processing as per agreed client SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA
Preferred skill:
- Basic knowledge of Capital markets is good to have.
- Basic Knowledge of Corporate Law specific to shareholder meetings would be an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and keyboard skills.
