Responsibilities of a trainee:

The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles/BU

  • Gain hands-on industrial experience across different automotive functions.
  • Develop knowledge of automobile operations, including production, maintenance, supply chain management, quality, and manufacturing planning.
  • Gain exposure to automotive components and aggregate development.
  • Apply technical knowledge gained during engineering studies in a practical industrial environment.
  • Develop an understanding of manufacturing planning and production processes.
  • Gain exposure to production supervision and maintenance activities.
  • Understand part procurement and quality management systems.
  • Develop problem-solving and implementation skills.
  • Work with different teams and gain cross-functional experience.
  • Improve technical knowledge through practical training and workplace exposure.
  • Stay updated with relevant industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning

    Tata Motors Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

    • BE/ BTech in:
      – Mechanical
      – Automobile
      – Electrical
      – Electronics and Communication
      – Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
      – Civil Engineering
      – Electronics Engineering
    • Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and Engineering
    • No Backlog/No ATKT
    • Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
    • Should not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company. (NATS)
