Responsibilities of an Intern:

• Support sales pipeline development by researching and identifying potential clients across target industries and business segments
• Assist in executing inbound and outbound prospecting initiatives through LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research.
• Maintain organized databases of qualified leads and help move opportunities through the sales funnel efficiently
• Initiate outreach to prospective clients and help schedule discovery calls and product discussions with the sales team.
• Support lead qualification processes by gathering insights into client requirements, business challenges, and technology needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, client interactions, and deal progress.
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, engagement metrics, and pipeline performance to support sales forecasting and reporting
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, target segments, and potential growth opportunities.
• Contribute insights that support go-to-market strategies and business development planning
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
• Support the creation of client presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.
• Help the team prepare for product demonstrations and client meetings. 
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams on ongoing business development initiatives
• Help gather and organize customer feedback and market insights that can inform product and service improvements.
• Monitor outreach and pipeline activities against KPIs and performance targets
• Continuously build knowledge of IT services, enterprise technology solutions, SaaS products, and B2B sales processes

Eligibility Criteria for Antino Internship:

• Bachelor’s degree in
  – BBA
  – MBA
  – BE/ B.Tech
  – Related field.
• Experience or interest (advantage) in
  – B2B sales
  – Preferably in IT services
  – SaaS
  – Software.
