  • Translate research ideas into working prototypes and engineering solutions.

  • Contribute to solutions that can potentially be used in future wireless technology.

  • Currently pursuing a PhD. (2nd Year or beyond) in
    – Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
    – Computer Science
    – Communication Engineering
    – Related field

Required skills:

  • Strong fundamentals in
    – Machine Learning
    – Statistics
    – Optimization
  • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of
    – software development concepts
    – algorithms
    – data structures
    – Operating Systems
    – software engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Transformers, RAG, or AI Agents is desirable.
  • Exposure to vector databases, MCP, tool calling, or agentic AI is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and implement ideas from AI/ML research papers, analyze model failures, and improve model performance, robustness, and generalization.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, technical communication, and collaboration skills are expected.
