Job Description:

• Respond to support requests via multiple channels and follow a documented process

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, such as product features, usage, etc.

• Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system

• Research, verify, and document product defects

• Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress support cases

Eligibility Criteria:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering/ / Architecture / Structural or equivalent degree

•  Knowledge of:

  • Basics of Civil / Architectural Engineering.

  • Working Knowledge on Revit Architectural / Revit Structural / Civil 3D

  • Basic knowledge of cloud collaboration (BIM / comitative software)

• 6-month, full-time commitment from Jun to Dec 2022

Preferred skill:

• Prior experience in handling a contingent workforce would be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  
• Strong understanding of Labor related laws and statutes.
  
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, pharmaceutical, or automotive would be ideal
  
• Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data-related tools.
  
• Knowledge Telegu will be an advantage
