Responsibilities of a System Engineer:

  • Monitor and support daily EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) production operations.
  • Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and operational analysis.
  • Monitor production queues, application alerts, and system health.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding production incidents, updates, and resolutions.
  • Maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to incidents, troubleshooting, and operational procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role and related technologies.

Required skills:

  • Ready to work on 24/7 shift (rotational shift)

  • Resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Minimize recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.

  • Deliver accurate SQL analysis and data validation.

  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain high-quality documentation.
