Job Description:

Act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing technical issues through phone, email, and chat support.
-
Create, categorize, and prioritize incident tickets using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to Windows, Linux, corporate applications, and network connectivity.
-
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support teams.
-
Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access-related requests.
-
Monitor basic network and system alerts to identify issues proactively.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and recurring problems.
-
Update users regarding ticket status and estimated resolution timelines.

Work in rotational shifts to support global clients across different time zones
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree
- No prior work experience required
Preferred skill:
- Computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
- Problem-solving skills
