Responsibilities of an Associate Engineer:

  • Collecting, validating, standardizing, and maintaining operational and quality data across business systems.

  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.

  • Developing automated dashboards and KPI reports for business and leadership reviews.

  • Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.

  • Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.

  • Supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

  • Contributing to process improvement projects focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in
    – Mechanical Engineering
    – Industrial Engineering
    – Production Engineering
    – Aerospace Engineering
    – Computer Science Engineering
    – Information Technology Engineering

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience

Required skills:

  • Understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
  • Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
