• Handle inbound customer calls for International customers
• Resolve customer queries professionally and accurately
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards

Conduent Skills Required:

• Willing to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work in the International BPO Industry.
• Candidates must have Good English communication skills, as this role involves handling international customer interactions.

• 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs
