Responsibilities of a Software Development Engineer:

  • Design and build applications for the Android platform
  • Implement requirements on Android apps and update design documents
  • Discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen development efficiency
  • Interface with software test to ensure high quality product
  • Develop automated unit and integration tests
  • Participate in design, code and test reviews
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the apps to improve sustainability.

Dexcom Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 0-2 years related experience
  • Android app development experience using Kotlin in combination with Jetpack Compose.
  • Professional software development experience

Required skills:

  • Diligence in documentation, testing, and coding
  • Experience working in Agile teams & using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • CI/CD tools

    – Bamboo
    – Github Actions
  • Java Knowledge (preferred).
