Job Role

Accounts Officer / Auditing

  • Daily accounting of payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and ledgers
  • Entering cash and bank vouchers daily and reconciling them monthly
  • Maintaining the petty cash register with documents
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
  • Coordinating with head office, and with internal and statutory auditors
  • Preparing accounts and tax trackers and MIS reports

Purchase Assistant

  • Daily stock planning to keep products available
  • Uploading new articles and maintaining master data
  • Working with operations on store readiness and transport planning
  • Dispatch and ARS checks
  • Working on SAP (on-the-job training is part of the role)
