About the Technical Executive – Cocoa (Karnataka) Role

As a Technical Executive, you will manage the cocoa nursery day to day and make sure processes are followed.

You will track KPIs and report progress, and teach farmers how cocoa is grown, good agricultural practices (GAP) and sustainability steps like drip irrigation.

You will find new farmers and areas, support cocoa procurement through third-party buyers, check bean quality and dispatch beans to factories.

You will work with government horticulture and agriculture officers, and support research with institutions like Kerala Agricultural University and CPCRI.

You will onboard farmers digitally, map farms and use digital tools for procurement. Extensive field visits are part of the job.
