Harman Off Campus Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Vice President
- Manage and maintain schedules and synchronize Vice President’s appointments
- Handle all travel arrangements including accommodation, flight ticket bookings
- Handle and screen telephone calls
- Handle expense claims using a web-based reimbursement system (Soundtrax), manage banking matters etc.
- Interact with both the internal and external parties for coordination of meetings
- Prepare management reports and meeting support
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events in India, both internal and external
- Familiar with working with government agencies
- From time to time the job holder will be expected to carry out other activities/special projects for which she is competent to do in order to assist in the efficient operation of the Company.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred skill:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience would be an advantage.
