  • Contract Review and Management
  • Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
  • Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to support the legal team.
