Responsibilities of an Analyst:

  • Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering sessions
  • Support the creation of process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Help write user stories and manage product backlog in Jira
  • Track project status, maintain logs, and help in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand feasibility of business requirements
  • Perform basic data analysis using Excel
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation
  • Update change logs, follow up on actions, and maintain team documentation.

  • B.E./B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (Information Systems preferred)

Required skills:

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
