Eligibility Criteria for Mphasis Off Campus Drive 2026
Job Responsibilities:
- Process assigned tasks according to defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements and complete them within the specified timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through
– productivity
– accuracy
– product knowledge
– schedule adherence. - Understanding client requirements and resolving queries through emails.
- Adhering to the company’s compliance and policies.
Qualification required:
- 2024 Graduates and Postgraduates from recognized universities can apply.
- 12+3 degree education pattern is mandatory.
- B.Com, BBA, and BBM graduates are preferred.
- Candidates from other specializations may be considered if they have relevant work experience.
- Engineering and technical graduates are not eligible according to the provided job description.
- Additional certification in stock market subjects is added advantage.
- Candidate should have minimum 6 months to 1 year work experience in similar BPO field – preferably from US Banking (primary preference)
- Secondary preference will be for Candidates who have experience in other BPO domains like Accounting, Insurance, Health Care etc will also be considered
