NPCIL Job Openings 2025 – Educational Qualifications
- Deputy Manager (HR): Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks, PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, Post Graduate Degree, or Diploma with specialization in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks, PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, Post Graduate Degree, or Diploma with specialization in Finance OR CA/CMA/CFA (Pass Class).
- Deputy Manager (C&MM): Graduation in Engineering (any branch) with at least 60% marks, PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, Post Graduate Degree, or Diploma with specialization in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Control.
- Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB degree with at least 60% marks from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India. Must be registered with a Bar Council. Requires 3 years of post-qualification practical experience at the Bar and/or in a reputed organization with exposure to Company/Civil/Labour Laws.
- Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level, OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree level. (Please see the official notification for other specific Master’s degree combinations). AND A recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa OR 2 years of translation work experience in a Central/State Government office or undertaking.

- The written examination will be held in two stages :
Stage 1 –Preliminary Test &
Stage 2 –Advanced Test.
Stage I– Preliminary Test
- The test will consist of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (Choice of Four Answers) from the following syllabus :
1. Samanya Hindi – 20 Questions
2. Samanya Angrezi – 20 Questions
3. Samanya Gyan/Ganith/Vishleshanatmak Tarkshakti – 10 Questions - The Test will be of 01 (one) hour duration for a maximum 150 marks.
- 03 (Three) marks will be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one)
mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Stage I- Advanced Test:
All candidates screened in Stage- 1 to undertake an advanced test. The test will be of 02 (two) hours duration for a maximum of 150 marks.
