Responsibilities of an Intern:

• Confidentiality Handling: Handle confidential HR information with care and discretion.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggest improvements for the onboarding process based on observations and interactions with new joiners.

• MBA in HR is preferred. Graduation degree (e.g., BBA, BA, etc.) may be accepted for exceptional candidates
