Responsibilities of an Associate:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with business and client objectives.

  • Support the enhancement of internal controls, compliance processes, and governance frameworks.

  • Applying regulatory guidelines to assess and manage operational risks

  • Utilizing risk management frameworks to strengthen enterprise risk management initiatives.

  • Conducting risk analysis to inform decision-making processes
  • Supporting the development of policies and procedures to address governance and compliance needs
  • Engaging in active listening and communication to gather insights and feedback

  • Prepare risk reports, documentation, and presentations for management review.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practices and controls.

PwC Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate/ post graduate or the equivalent degree
  • At least 1 year of experience

Required skills:

  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Excelling in data analysis and interpretation
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC)
  • Utilizing operational risk management strategies effectively
  • Applying risk management frameworks (RMF) in diverse scenarios
  • Navigating regulatory guidelines with precision
  • Developing risk response strategies tailored to client needs
  • Engaging in teamwork to drive project success.
