RBI Educational Qualifications:

  • 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from a recognized Board of that State/UT.
  • Should be an undergraduate as on 01/01/2026.
  • Graduates or higher-qualified candidates are not eligible to apply.
  • Ex-servicemen category should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
  • Should be proficient in the language (i.e., know to read, write, speak, and understand the language) of the State/UT falling under that office.

RBI Recruitment Age Limit

  • Candidates born not earlier than 02/01/2001 and not later than 01/01/2008 (both days inclusive) are only eligible to apply i.e., the age limit of the candidates as on 01/01/2026 should be between 18 and 25 years

Age Relaxation – RBI Recruitment 2026:

  • Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – 5 years
  • Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer) – 3 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) – 10 Years
  • Persons affected by 1984 riots – 5 years
  • Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried – Upto 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST candidates

Selection Process of RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2026:

Selection will be based on an Online Examination & Language Proficiency Test.

Online Test (objective type):

  • The online examination will consist of four tests: Reasoning, General English, General Awareness, and Numerical Ability.
  • The total duration of the examination would be 90 minutes.
  • There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer
