Job Description:

Tata Communications is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Service Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to gather requirements from business and map them to Appian technical requirements.
• Good knowledge of the Appian product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian.
• Should have hands-on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment.
• Experience in Appian integration connectors CMIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, SIEBEL.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Production deployment package creation with documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate from any stream

Preferred skill:

• Knowledge of Agile Process
• Hands-on experience with Java for writing plugins for Appian
• Ability to work within a diverse team environment.
• The role requires some after-hours interaction with the team.
• Participate in team design meetings, daily scrum meetings, and other development meetings
• Good Communication- Verbal and Non Verbal skills
• Multi-Tasking
• Good Team Player
