• Content Analysis: Review and categorize high volumes of user reviews to determine sentiment, relevance, and compliance with global policies.
• Spam Detection: Identify patterns of “Non-Genuine” content, including bot-generated reviews, promotional spam, and “Blanket Negativity” (e.g., “they are good at nothing”) that lacks context.
• Nuance Mapping: Distinguish between a “Subjective Opinion” (which stays) and “Harassment or Hate Speech” (which must be removed).
• Contextual Auditing: Verify if a review is “Out of Sight/View” due to a technical mapping error or if it is a legitimate complaint about a physical business location.
• Data Labeling: Maintain high-precision labeling to help train AI models in recognizing spam patterns across multiple languages and regions

Required skill:

• Ability to interpret subtext, sarcasm, and cultural nuances in written English (and/or local languages).
