Vestas Career 2024 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Spares & Tools customer interactions in the Regions
  • Deliver “Turbine Down” orders quickly and efficiently
  • Work with Site managers and Service management to resolve turbine down issues
  • Ensure that delivery notes are created and sent to the warehouse in a timely manner to meet delivery expectation
  • Develop and coordinate the process of returning inventory from the site
  • Evaluate return requests and make recommendations on which material to accept
  • Submit return orders and track their delivery to the warehouse
  • Manage the receipt of direct ship/drop-ship orders and process delivery notes to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Work with technical resources to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Technology and PLM teams
  • Provide customer support by following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Effectively identify and expedite urgent orders
  • Receive, process, and close NCRs
  • Process or redirect construction PRs
  • Support Construction container process orders
  • Process Tool Service/Repair/Recalibration requests
  • Process Site to Site Tooling requests
  • Measure and report on KPIs related to customer service level support, including on-time delivery and on-time confirmation

Vestas Off Campus 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE or B. Tech or MBA in Supply Chain
  • 3 – 8 years of experience in a global international supply chain function within customer service, order Mgmt./Fulfillment or spare parts /service environment
  • Hands-on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in SAP MM ERP is must.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Preferred skill:

  • Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
  • Knowledge in SAP MM ERP system
  • Cross-cultural understanding is necessary
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
