JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wipro is hiring candidates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuring enterprise applications based on business and client requirements.

  • Gather configuration requirements from business units and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.

  • Execute assigned configuration tasks while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

  • Provide configuration and application support to accommodate evolving business requirements.

  • Support system analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities for enterprise applications.

  • Assist in deploying software patches, upgrades, and configuration enhancements while ensuring system stability.

  • Maintain configuration repositories, documentation, and version records to support operational consistency.

  • Ensure compliance with established configuration management standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Update existing configuration processes based on client requests and maintain detailed change logs.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration-related issues within defined service timelines.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on configuration status, project progress, and operational metrics.

  • Develop technical documentation and reports in accordance with client and organizational standards.

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of support requests and configuration changes

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

    • Any degree

    • Health and Welfare (HW) Tech
    • Continuous Integration, Deployment
    • 100% error free on boarding & implementation, throughput %, Adherence to the schedule
    • Quality & CSAT
    • On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries
