JOB DESCRIPTION:
Wipro is hiring candidates for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring applications based on client requirements.

Collect configuration requirements from different functions, business units, and service lines.

Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines
-
Provide system configuration support according to changing business requirements.

Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities
-
Provide support in developing, implementing, and testing patch releases and system upgrades
-
Maintain the configuration archive and keep relevant information updated.

100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures

Make changes to existing configuration processes as per the client requirements and maintain proper documentation/ log
-
Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly
-
Provide MIS management, reporting, and backend support.

Preparation of daily and monthly status reports on certain configuration parameters as required by the client & stakeholders
-
Documentation & reporting as per the client’s needs on configuration standards

Issue resolution in the minimum time possible with respect to any modification or change requested by the client
