Job Responsibilities:

  • Support user management activities as per IT and CSV SOPs.
  • Assist with activation, reset, modification, and deactivation of system user access.
  • Support preparation and maintenance of User Access Matrix and Privilege Rights Matrix.
  • Assist in application‑wise user access documentation.
  • Support preparation and periodic updates of IT SOPs.
  • Assist in software and system qualification activities under guidance (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Support IT QMS activities including Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Incidents, and SOP documentation.
  • Assist in backup and restoration activities.
  • Support audit preparation, periodic reviews, and compliance activities.
  • Learn CSV concepts, regulatory expectations, and IT compliance practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and report observations to senior team members.

Zydus Walk-in 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Sc. (IT) passed‑out candidates only
  • Degree certificate must be available and in hand
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
