    Internship Roles & Responsibilities – InDrive

    Document Management & System Support:

    • Perform the HR document scanning process effectively.
    • Scanned papers should be organized for quick upload and precise classification in the digital repository.
    • Upload documents accurately, making sure they are properly tagged and compliant, into the company’s digital archive and HR system.
    • Ensure that all employee data is up to date and compliant by helping with data input and maintenance in the HRIS.

    Employee Engagement & Special Projects:

    • Encourage and assist employee engagement programs and HR volunteer activities that are unique to each nation.
    • This might entail connecting with people, organizing events, and helping with logistics.
    • Assist the HR staff with ad hoc projects and duties as required, exposing them to a range of HR-related topics such training coordination, onboarding logistics, and document preparation.

    Payroll & HR Administration:

    • Help prepare payroll data in a timely and correct manner by gathering and confirming timesheets, leave requests, and other pertinent data.
    • Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, filing, and ensuring data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS).
    • Prepare various employee letters and documents, including offer letters, promotion letters, confirmation letters, and other general correspondence

    Stipend / Salary Details

    • Expected stipend: Up to 25,000 per month
