What a Support Specialist at Astreya actually does:

  • Assist in inventory and asset management, conference room preventative maintenance, and e-recycling
  • Perform preventive maintenance of conference rooms and ensure video conferencing systems function smoothly.
  • Maintain audio and video quality during meetings, troubleshooting technical issues for attendees.
  • Assist in the deployment and recovery of laptop and desktop images
  • Perform customer support for over 70,000 users worldwide, from IT accessories to workstation dressing
  • Use IT ticketing systems to record support activities and track progress against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Utilize Inventory Data management software to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow
  • Assist in large-scale global IT projects when required.
