Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues & solve them by providing a resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, & identifying solutions to resolve system/application issues.
  • Following standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Install and configure applications and operating systems with various methods like WDS, GHOST, Bootable PD, etc.
  • Engineers ensure proper logging of all issues.
  • Maintain a document of technical issues in the knowledge database.
  • Ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines.

Accenture Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Completed 15 years of full-time education

Required skills:

  • Technical skills & should possess current technology.
  • Communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Should be Tech-Savvy.
  • Flexible to work in all shift & under pressure situations.
  • Analytical skill.
  • Ability to learn & work on changing & emerging technologies.
  • Certification in new technologies (Azure, AWS) will be advantage
