Job Description:

DMM Process-Roles & Responsibilities:

• Exhibit capability in understanding data quality challenges and steps to overcome them.
• To work on end-to-end defined Process guidelines
• To work on cleansing of master data objects
• Hands on experience for resolving the MDM end users issues as per priority
• Have experience in process improvement and data control of MDM objects
• Generate reports from various applications and tools
• Ensure data is aligned to the defined solution
• Perform data analysis and quality checks on assigned data domain
• Participate in data quality, data profiling, and data maintenance and its impact on desired business outcomes.
• To support data cleansing activity using the data quality scorecard or dashboard.
• Actively participate in the testing and deployment of applications and data integration processes to ensure standards and controls, to ensure high-quality data is implemented in adherence with data governance policies
• Qualification: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc & B.Tech with MBA

OTC Process-Roles & Responsibilities:

• Invoice/Billing: Account Support team specializes in creating a variety of invoices, addressing complex issues that require in-depth knowledge and analysis beyond initial inquiries. They extend support on Scheduled invoices, the Billing Approver role, Adhoch invoices, Bulk and WIP-only invoices. The team also assists Engagement teams in managing E-delivery of invoices, including posting in 3rd party AP systems.
• Engagement Setup and Maintenance: Supports stakeholders in, managing Engagement Economics throughout the life cycle of the engagements. This includes handling Eng release for the exception ticket from preventive control bots, Engagement maintenance, Time transfer, Activity/ Role addition, Block time, Expense transfer, accounts payable (AP) submission, managing various Mass Tool transfers etc. They also play a key role in monitoring and controls to prevent disruptions and safeguard operational integrity.
• Preventive Control: Handling exception tickets from Engagement Release, Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Pre-close Preventive Control Bots
• MIS Support (FTE): Support onshore MBA team on Snow Tickets (Eng Release, ETC, and Pre-closing activities), Support includes G360 accounts, global, mid-market, priority accounts, and some specialty practices for all four service lines. National Practice Support
• Qualification: B.Com, BBA with MBA in Finance

Infosys Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA Freshers (Only graduates are eligible for Interview), and 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification is mandatory
• Drive is only for those who passed out graduation in the year of 2024 /2025/2026 (All semester results should be declared)
• If you have any work experience of 06+ months, you will not be considered
• Work experience and graduation year should not overlap
