Responsibilities of a Support Executive:

  • Handle customer calls to identify service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions with high-quality customer support
  • Diagnose and resolve basic network, modem, and landline issues
  • Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality.
  • Provide solutions and resources for customer repair-related problems
  • Interfaces with customers over the phone a providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored.
  • Schedule technician visits for on-site support when required
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

TELUS Digital Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Freshers can apply for a voice role
  • 0-2 years of experience in internet troubleshooting in BPO Industry.

Required skills:

  • Multitask in a Microsoft Windows environment and utilize multiple programs for troubleshooting
  • Have worked on ISP, Internet & Wi-Fi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues
  • Communication in English.
  • Comfortable working with 24*7 Environment
