AGS Health Job Responsibility:
- Address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
- Utilize all tools and applications to move the account to the next level of resolution, leading to payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustments.
- Report trends or patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues, and billing-related roadblocks to the reporting manager.
- Meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for production and quality.
- Update call outcomes or analysis clearly and coherently in the billing system.
- Adhere to the process P&Ps (policies and procedures) and stay updated on changes.
- Improve performance based on feedback provided by the reporting manager or the quality audit team
AGS Health Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical thinking.
Eligibility Criteria

BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), and all Life Sciences. MBA
