Responsibilities of Assistant Engineer:

  • Work with silicon validation and characterization teams to understand testing requirements.

  • Develop and build a test list and automation suite, including software and firmware for revisions of the silicon.

  • Support both pre-silicon FPGA validation and post-silicon validation.

  • Python/LabVIEW based bench test equipment automation to support silicon validation and characterization testing.

  • Coordinate with different engineering teams to track validation activities and schedules.

  • Support program-management activities when required.

Infineon Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
    – Electronics
    – Electrical-Related field of study.
  • 0-3 years of experience and understanding of Microcontroller and SoC products.

Required skills:

  • Bench Characterization with
    – Analog
    – Digital
    – Mixed-signal IPs.
  • Hands-on experience in using equipment such as SMUs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and Signal generators.
  • C, Python, LabVIEW.
  • Electronic circuits, regulators, and reference measurements.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
