What an Associate Analyst at Airbus actually does:

• Monitor security tools, dashboards, and alerts for issues.

• Track and report security metrics to improve the overall security stance.

• Coordinate closely with other security and IT teams to fix vulnerabilities using ServiceNow (SNOW VR)

• Create and update runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge for L1 processes and common L2 issues.

• Ensure data quality and support the development of dashboarding and metric reports related to security posture and remediation effectiveness.

• Maintain effective business relationship management to facilitate smooth security operations and remediation efforts.

Airbus Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in
  – Computer Science
  – Information Technology
  – Cybersecurity
  – Related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 1-3 years of working experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar IT support role, specifically providing L1 and L2 support.

Required skills:

Technical Skills

• Cybersecurity concepts understanding.

• Security domains
  – endpoint protection
  – network security
  – access control
  – vulnerability management.

• SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools like Splunk for log analysis and alert monitoring.

• Experience using a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow (SNOW), particularly in a Vulnerability Response (VR) context
