Genpact Walk-in 2025:

Job Responsibilities:

Non voice(Only freshers)(6 months contractual role)(Work location:Kolkata)

• Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk.
• Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication.
• Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, company associates, and third parties.
• Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards.
• Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data.
• Ability to successfully navigate websites.
• Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs.
• Performs a variety of routine standard tasks in non-voice queues like email, chat etc.

Content moderation(0-3yr)(Languages:English+Hindi/Bengali)(Work location: Hyderabad)

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
  Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Genpact Walk-in 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate (except law/diploma) is eligible

Preferred skill:

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex transactional issues to internal and external customers.
• Strong Problem solving skills
• Aptitude for determining situational needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
• Experience: 0 -3 year (Previous exp. in voice/non voice domain)
• Languages known: Only English / Hindi+English /Bengali+English
• Work location: Kolkata / Hyderabad (Only work from office)
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift
