HCLTech Career 2025 Responsibilities:

Application maintenance support, and development on Mainframe technologies.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate within the team and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Ensure the performance, quality, of applications.
Write clean, scalable code using COBOL/PL1, JCL programming languages.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

HCLTech Walk In 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
Mainframe certificate/Training is Must
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years
BE/B.Tech/MCA/Msc – Computer Science or related field – 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed out Batches Only.(Minimum 60 % is must for 10th,12th, UG & PG)

Preferred skill:

Basic knowledge of IBM Mainframe zOS, COBOL, VSAM, files, DB2, JCL is desirable
Knowldege of Database undamentals
Clear written and verbal communication
Good analytical and logical knowledge
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively..
