Job Description:

Sprinklr Off Campus 2023 is hiring candidates for the post of Custom Developer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering integration projects within defined scope and time by leveraging Sprinklr Connectors.
• Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the Sprinklr API
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders in a highly complex technical environment.
• Provide solutions using creative problem solving, technical expertise and strong understanding of underlying business requirements and best practices
• Write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
• Analyze API requests/responses and assist product and documentation teams in identifying gaps in the documentation.
• Work closely with the Product Support, Customer Success, Client Services and Development teams to resolve application issues and plan for changes, upgrades, enhancements and new customer provisioning.
• Follow industry trends and developments to provide new ideas and recommendations on processes and products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation from Tier-1 Engineering Colleges with 0- 1 years experience gained as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar.

Preferred skill:

• Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as: Java, Javascript, Node.js, Python.
• Proficiency with data exchanges and APIs.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to engage with stakeholders at executive to entry levels.
• High level of comfort with a variety of data stores including relational databases and modern NoSQL databases.
• Proactive and quick learner.
• Enjoy coding / scripting to automate infrastructure and application management tasks
• Strong team player showing keen interest in taking on new challenges.
• Desire to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
