  • Engineering Graduation in relevant disciplines with 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/years for Gen/OBC-NC/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/(VH/HH/OH) Candidates

Selection Process of HPCL Careers:

  • Candidates fulfilling all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be called for Interviews in order of the category-wise and position-wise merit list as per cut-off marks decided by HPCL.
  • The Interview will be tentatively scheduled for January/February 2025.
  • All India merit list will be drawn based on the academic results of engineering degree and Scores in the interview.
