  • A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
  • Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
  • Computer Literacy Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/IT-related aspects.

IDBI Bank – Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 20 years
  • Maximum: 25 years
  • The candidate must have been born not earlier than October 2, 1999 and not later than October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive)

Age Relaxation:

  • OBC (NCL): 3 years

Selection Process of IDBI Job Vacancy 2024:

  • The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Online Test:

  • The structure of the online examination will be as under:

  • Duration: Composite time of 2 hours
  • Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected/final score.
  • If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

Personal Interview:

  • Based on the number of vacancies, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for PI
  • The personal interviews shall be of 100 marks and candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks in interview which shall not be less than 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).

Final Selection:

  • A candidate should qualify both in the OT and interview and rank sufficiently high in the combined marks merit list to be shortlisted for selection in order to be in reckoning for inclusion the final select list.
  • The final selection would be made based on the formula Final Score = 3/4 of OT Score +1/4 of Interview Score

  • Rs.1050/- for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)
