• Good knowledge of Ducted split air conditioner/Cassette Type air conditioner product development (Preferred).
• Good knowledge of New Product development-NPI process from ideation to mass production.
• Good Knowledge of Air-conditioning system & designing of Cycle Parts that include Heat Load Calculation, Compressor selection, Heat Exchangers, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency.
• NPI documentation preparation
• BOMs preparation and 3D/2D drawings preparation and management
• Able to lead product development to meet product technical requirement with cost and timely manner.
• Good understanding of Indian and International standard related with Air conditioner experience in BEE star rating up-gradation and QCO related standards related to Room AC/ Cassette and Ducted Split products.
•  Conceptual understanding of Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective Forced & Natural) and Fluid Mechanics.
• Certification tests – standards know how, conduct, analysis, countermeasures
  * Production line support – to stabilize mass pro of products.
• Experience in generating new technology idea.
• Problem solving skills to improved product assembly line quality, field quality, product warranty claims etc.
• Should have Product benchmarking skills to generate organizational value.
• VAVE generation skills

• B. Tech – Mechanical Engineer
