What a Technical Support at Kyndryl actually does:

  • Deliver Level 1 support for hardware, software, and IT services as per defined processes.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, email platforms, networking, VPN connectivity, and enterprise applications.

  • Provide support for Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Office 365, VMware, and collaboration tools.

  • Handle password resets, access requests, entitlement verification, and user account support.

  • BCA and BSc B.com.(Computer Science)

Required skills:

  • Verbal & written English communication
  • Customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Windows, macOS, O365, VMware, Networking, Internet Security, and  Collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
