Job Description of Siemens Trainee:

Monitor international business travelers and ensure compliance with mobility-related requirements.
Identify potential compliance, tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory risks.
Support the end-to-end compensation management process for globally mobile employees.
Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of payroll and non-payroll compensation data.
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate compensation processing.
Collaborate with relocation, tax, and external service providers on compensation-related activities.
Prepare monthly and annual compensation reports and payroll instructions.
Ensure payroll inputs are submitted accurately and within established timelines.
Support assignment management tools and maintain updated employee databases.
Generate and review assignment-related documentation.
Work closely with case managers to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and global mobility regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

B.com or BBA Degree

Ability to communicate effectively and work competently with teams in other geographic locations
