Responsibilities of an Apprentice:
- Monitor customer networks and network elements according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform initial fault diagnosis and validate network alarms.
- Identify service-impacting incidents and communicate relevant information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage trouble tickets for investigation and resolution by specialist teams.
- Coordinate with technical support, incident management, service desk, and first-line support teams.
- Maintain operational excellence to support network availability and minimise service downtime.
- Ensure accurate communication of faults and associated customer impact.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Work in a rotational 24×7 shift environment based on business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
