WNS Job Responsibility:

Review event video clips and analyze driver activities
Mark and classify driver behavior as per defined business rules and guidelines
Capture and maintain driver logs accurately following process instructions
Ensure quality and accuracy while processing data and reports
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets aligned with defined KPIs

WNS Skills Required:

Immediate joiners preferred
Confident and presentable
Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of BPO Back Office experience
Only Non-Technical Graduates can apply
Eligible qualifications: BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com, MA, M.Com, B.Pharma, BHM
BE/B. Tech and other Technical Graduates are not eligible
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
