Responsibilities of AR Caller:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers regarding claim status and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Perform pre-call and post-call analysis to ensure quick issue resolution and first-contact efficiency
  • Update account information and customer interaction details within internal systems daily
  • Achieve critical performance targets.
  • Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
  • Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
  • Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
  • Investigate denied, rejected, or underpaid medical insurance claims and support resolution processes
